Practical easy pasta recipe, ideal for Lent and good all year round

Finely chop the garlic. Cut the zucchini into medium squares. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Wash the chelites and chop lightly.

To cook the pasta, bring a lot of water to a boil, add salt and when it returns to a boil add the pasta. Let cook 7 to 11 minutes until al dente, firm on the inside and soft on the outside. Drain and set aside.

To prepare the sauce, heat the pan with a little olive oil and when it is hot add the minced garlic and fry for a minute, add the quelites, the cherry tomatoes cut in half and the chopped zucchini and season with salt and pepper.
